Big Horn Basin Counseling Services’s Basin clinic provides mental health and addiction recovery treatment for children, teenagers, and adults. They specialize in medication-assisted treatment, crisis intervention services, outpatient programs, and aftercare support. Dual-diagnosis support is available for clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments are available.

Their med services help you detox from alcohol, opioids, and other drugs under medical supervision. As necessary, providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications to reduce the physical discomfort of withdrawal, lower the risk of relapse, and minimize cravings.

Their outpatient treatment is customized around your recovery progress and level of care required. Services include individual, couples, group, and family counseling, anger management training, case management, life skills and relapse prevention training, and peer support groups. A Continuing Care team manages aftercare support and may include links to community-based providers and recovery resources.

They may be in-network with most commercial insurance providers. Speak with your provider to verify your coverage because out-of-network benefits could vary. They’re also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
