BAART Programs Southeast

BAART Programs Southeast on Avalon Boulevard is a drug rehab in Los Angeles, California for young adults and adults. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for opioid recovery. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women. Services are available in English, French, and Spanish.

At BAART Programs Southeast, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned a case management team. Clients receive FDA-approved medications, such as methadone and buprenorphine treatments, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. In the detox program, clients also participate in counseling to prevent relapse. The program generally lasts for a minimum of one year.

In addition to medication management, clients undergo individual and trauma therapy. Family resources are also available to promote emotional wellness and build resilience. BAART Programs can coordinate continuous care with community partners and the BAART network for housing, budgeting, educational, and coping support. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers for specific drug abuse programs.
