Clinic Description

Aegis Treatment Centers Oxnard is one of the methadone clinics in California that helps people who are struggling with opiate use disorder overcome their addiction. It uses evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in combination with therapy to provide a more comprehensive treatment program for its patients.

To lend extra support to those who are dependent on opioids, Aegis Oxnard offers other core treatment services outside of MAT such as personalized treatment plans, individual and group counseling, substance addiction education, medical and functional assessment, Psychoeducational programming, coordination with specialist Services, and integrated peer-based support.

This methadone clinic Oxnard also offers specialized programming for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention, general life skills, contingency management, motivational interviewing, case management, Coordination with specialist services, and evidence-based curriculum.

In addition to providing treatment and specialized programming to its patients, Aegis Treatment Centers Oxnard is constantly working on reducing the stigma attached to opioid addicts by educating the surrounding community about substance abuse disorder.
