Westwind Recovery is an opioid recovery drug rehab in Los Angeles, California. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), generalized outpatient programs (OP), and sober living facilities for young adults and adults.
Clients at Westwind Recovery receive customized evaluations and engage with a personalized case management team. FDA-approved medications are prescribed, including Subutex, suboxone, and Sublocade, to manage withdrawal and chronic pain. Clients also participate in holistic therapies and group counseling to prevent relapse.
Westwind Recovery offers partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs that use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy to strengthen emotional wellness and resilience. Virtual outpatient programs are also available. Clients may also be eligible for sober living residencies that provide peer support, extra care for medication management, and the opportunity to participate in 12-Step programs. Westwind Recovery may make referrals to outside treatment centers that specialize in substance abuse.
