Clinic Description

Vanderbilt Addiction Center is a Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health and drug rehab facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. This clinic provides drug, alcohol, and opioid treatment, and treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis through detox treatment, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and aftercare support. Clients served include teens, young adults, men, and women.

Clients served receive comprehensive detox treatment using FDA-approved medications including methadone, buprenorphine, acamprosate, and naltrexone. Individuals living with psychological and behavioral health challenges including emotional distress, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring diagnoses are served through comprehensive care from experienced medical specialists. Clients have access to 24/7 care, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other screenings.

Outpatient care allows experienced counselors to work one-on-one with clients in group and individual settings, helping them establish strong foundations for continued sobriety and mental wellness. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family counseling, and faith-based supports are encouraged as clients are connected to additional community resources through aftercare support including Alcoholics Annonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Vanderbilt Addiction Center offers self-pay options and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance, and private insurance from national leaders including Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.
