The Next Door

The Next Door is a behavioral health and drug rehab facility located in Nashville, Tennessee, and serves teens, young adults, and women experiencing alcohol, drug, and opioid addiction or a co-occurring disorder. Clients are served through inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and aftercare support.

Inpatient care at The Next Door is robust, and structured, and offers a holistic patient-centered approach. The facility integrates 12-step programs with faith-based and evidence-based treatments. Medically monitored detox with medications including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone (Vivitrol) is provided by licensed medical professionals alongside 24/7 monitoring by nursing staff. Detox is further supported through medication management, therapeutic groups, specialty education groups, and other supports.

As clients transition out of inpatient care, they will be further supported through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group, and individual therapy. For more robust care, partial hospitalization programs provide intentional support including individual case management, mental health medication management, and access to health and wellness groups.

The Next Door offers self-pay options and accepts TennCare Medicaid, military insurance, and private insurance from providers including Aetna, Amerigroup, Humana, and Cigna. Contact your insurance provider as out-of-network benefits may apply.
