Sandstone Care Colorado

Sandstone Care Colorado is an addiction recovery center for teens, young adults, and adults in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Available services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and general outpatient (OP) programs, and aftercare support. Specialized support is available for clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health conditions.

Their MAT services include the use of FDA-approved medications to help clients withdraw from alcohol, opioids, and other substances. These medications can ease the physical effects of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and lower relapse risk. Medical detox takes place in a supervised environment under the care of a qualified clinical team.

Once clients have completed medical detox, they may begin residential, PHP, IOP, or OP treatment. Residential services are age-specific and available to teenage clients only. All programs are tailored to meet the client’s needs and may include individual and group counseling, addiction education, and academic support. Aftercare services include access to transitional housing for individuals aged 18 to 30 as well as connections to community-based resources for recovery support.
