Clinic Description

Practicing in Raleigh, North Carolina Eric D. Morse, M.D. provides mental health services for adults through Carolina Performance, which operates at the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness (AIHF). Dr. Morse specializes in medication-assisted treatment, outpatient treatment, and aftercare support, including specialized services for clients with co-occurring conditions.

His MAT program helps clients detox from alcohol, opioids, and other drugs in a medically supervised environment. As required, Dr. Morse can administer FDA-approved addiction medications to improve client comfort, reduce cravings, and lower relapse risk including Suboxone, methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone (Vivitrol).

His outpatient services include individual and group counseling, medication management, and evidence-based techniques such as motivational interviewing, biofeedback, and performance enhancement therapy. Dr. Morse may be able to connect clients to community-based providers for additional aftercare support following completion of the program. Longer-term MAT maintenance services are available.

Dr. Morse’s services are considered out-of-network for most commercial insurance providers. However, he may refer clients to additional providers that accept popular private plans including BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, Anthem, Humana, Cigna, and others. Verify your coverage with your individual provider as out-of-network benefits could vary.
