Heritage Treatment Centers

Heritage Treatment Centers, located in Baltimore, Maryland, provides behavioral health and addiction recovery services for adults. Their programs include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), general outpatient programs, and aftercare support. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum clients, military personnel and veterans, clients participating in Drug Court, and clients with co-occurring conditions.

They take a customized approach to MAT, tailoring their services based on each client’s condition and necessary level of care. As needed, providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including methadone and Suboxone, to alleviate the physical pain of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and minimize the risk of relapse.

Their outpatient services address the mental and emotional aspects of recovery. Individual and group counseling sessions are available to help clients understand more about their addictions, identify triggers, and learn healthy coping strategies. Longer-term MAT maintenance plans are also available for clients with more extensive pharmacotherapy needs.
