Clinic Description

Fairmount Behavioral Health Services, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a drug rehab for opioid recovery. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, dual diagnosis care, inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized programs are available for teenagers (ages 12-17), gender-specific groups, and veterans.

At Fairmount Behavioral Health Services, clients receive an evaluation in a 24/7 admissions process and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Up to 26 clients may be detoxed simultaneously. Clients also have access to psychotherapy and enrollment in 12 Steps Programs to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients are placed in residential care for their rehabilitation. Services include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and education workshops to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Clients receive family resources and counseling to enhance their emotional wellness, and periodic evaluations are given to monitor their progress. Fairmount Behavioral Health Services may make additional referrals to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.

Fairmount Behavioral Health Services is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Fairmount Behavioral Health Services offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in a network with Aetna, Amerihealth, BlueCross, Cigna, Compsych, Devon Health Services, First Health, Gateway, Horizon, Keystone, Optum, TRICARE, Wellpoint, and Value Options.
