Spectrum Health Care offers drug rehab services in Jersey City, New Jersey. The center provides detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for gender-specific groups. Services are available in English and Spanish.

At Spectrum Health Care, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved medications, including methadone, buprenorphine/Suboxone, and naltrexone/Vivitrol, are administered to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal pains. Home dosing is available after 3 months. Clients also participate in 30-day ambulatory detox to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients can undergo individual and group counseling, life skills development, career coaching, and trauma therapy to improve emotional wellness and build resilience. Additional services include transportation to and from treatment, drug/HIV testing, urinalysis, and dual diagnosis approaches to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders, including domestic violence. Clients may also be referred to outside facilities for specialized treatment programs.

Spectrum Health Care is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Spectrum Health Care offers self-pay and financing options. The center may be in-network with Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, Optum, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
