Clinic Description
Located in Tucson, Arizona, La Frontera – Hope Center provides drug rehab services. Their programs include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, and aftercare services. Specialized support is available for military personnel, veterans, and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health disorders. Telehealth appointments may be available.
Their MAT services are designed to support clients as they detox from opioids and other substances. A team of multi-disciplinary providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including methadone and Suboxone, to ease the physical side effects of withdrawal, reduce the severity of cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.
To support a whole-client approach to recovery, clients may receive outpatient services such as individual and group counseling, addiction education, and life-skills training. Staff may also refer clients to other programs within the La Frontera healthcare network, with offerings that include behavioral health services, suicide prevention programs, integrated care, transitional living resources, and related services.
La Frontera – Hope Center may be in-network with many major insurance providers, including Aetna, Humana, Cigna, BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, and others. Contact your provider to verify coverage as out of network benefits may vary.
