Khaleidoscope Health Care

Khaleidoscope Health Care offers alcohol and drug rehab services in Jersey City, New Jersey. The center provides ambulatory detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults, adults, seniors, and underserved communities.

At Khaleidoscope Health Care, clients undergo an evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. During detox, licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and Vivitrol to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms. Clients are supervised during dosing and throughout their treatment to discourage relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in group and individual counseling, family therapy, life skills development, and health education workshops. Clients may also receive nutritional counseling, parenting classes, and primary care. Khaleidoscope Health Care may make referrals to outside facilities and specialized substance abuse programs.
